My boy is going to kindergarten next year. I am not happy about it ... I want to keep him here with me longer. He is so neat-o. But, he's going and there's nothing I can do to stop it.
We went to Kindergarten Round-up last night. Yeehaw!
He's excited.
Me ... not so much. (I think I already mentioned that.)

The little guy I babysit is turning 6 in a few months (I've been with him since he was 2), and his mama and I regularly have discussions like "how can that be possible?" and "let's just not talk about that right now."
I wouldn't want him to go either! He is too cute!

I don't do a whole lot of "teaching" at home, and I do often feel guilty about it. I'm the kind of person who feels guilty about anything and everything!! :-) Anyway, your comment really put things in perspective for me and made me feel relieved of a big burden. So, thanks. I felt like God was speaking to me through you - telling me to relax and to just keep on enjoying my sweet boys!
